Boredom drives me forward. Or backwards. Or just straight off the cliff. I dunno. Depends on the time.

Sonder (noun)

Sonder was coined by John Koenig in 2012, in an ongoing attempt to come up with words for emotion that doesn't have one in English.
Sonder refers to the feeling when you realize that everyone is living their own stories, as complex and vivid as your own. Knowing that even though you're the protagonist of your own story, you are just a background in someone else's story: another sound of chatter on the bus, an extra sipping coffee in the background, or a light in a window at night.
