Hello everyone! As you can see, I have changed my name for the third time. First I was MovieMagic92, then Hirsute the CineMagician, then The Cosmic Cowpony. Now, I am the Cosmic Cruzader!
You may be wondering, "Why do you change your name? And why so many times?" Here's my reason: I want that my name should be a reflection of myself. Over the years, I've learned something more about who I am as an artist. My friends have pointed out aspects of my work that I hadn't even been aware of. (I'm fascinated by the concepts of time and space and incorporate them into my work and I don't think too much about doing so, but when they pointed it out, I began to realize that this is my unique artistic theme.) This has helped shape me as an artist. I have a deeper understanding of my work and why I choose the concepts that I use. It also allows me to further explore those concepts and learn more about them.
The name, Cruzader, has special and personal meaning for me. This is also why I chose it for my name.
I like to think of each name change as a level up. I just may update the cover art that I have to not only show my new name, but also the name I was using when I wrote those stories. It'll be a way to look back on where I was personally and artistically.
For everypony who has followed me and read my stories, I thank you for coming on this journey with me. There is always something new to discover about ourselves, whether we realize it or not, whether we think we know ourselves inside and out, and even if we think there's nothing more to learn. So, keep on creating art (stories, film, photography, whatever your medium is), share your work, and find the music in you!
