STATEMENT OF AMICUS INTEREST

Whereas the importance of respecting truth and reality cannot be overstated, and whereas the rule of law is essential to a functioning society, this case has broad and powerful repercussions towards us all, even those of us who live in another branch of the multiverse entirely. We cannot, in good conscience, continue with our plans to establish inter-dimensional relations with the United States or its allies if the current dangerously anti-intellectual condition as evidenced by this case persists.

ARGUMENT

As it is now apparently acceptable for States which do not exist in this reality to file briefs with this Court, it is now clear that there is no standard of legality being applied here. As such, this document necessarily holds equal weight to any of the other briefs submitted. Similarly, as long as the Court deigns to entertain this blatant affront to the rule of law, the precise legal basis for the argument is immaterial. As such, we'll keep it short and simple: The Plaintiffs are pulling things out of their tailholes and presenting it as "arguments" and "evidence". They have no factual basis, no legal basis, and no moral basis for their position. They are, in fact, being actively deceptive in their attempts to overthrow your government and destroy the very rule of law on which you humans rely.

CONCLUSION

The Court should DENY Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Bill of Complaint or DENY the Bill of Complaint, for the sake of The United States, Humanity, and Inter-Dimensional Relations.
