Aight so I just need to vent · 1:24am Nov 10th, 2020
So this happened today at work and it's just been bothering me all day. So we were almost done with a bulldozer cab we needed to get done by Thursday. ( for those who don't know, I make armored bulldozers.) anyway, all we had left to do was bolt the door in place, a door that I built. We were having trouble getting the hinges to line up for the bolts. We kept trying and trying, but we couldn't get them. One of the guys I work with( the newest one in my dept.) was getting more and more frustrated. Granted he wasn't even helping us put the door on, he was bolting down the roof. It was actually me and two other guys working on the door. ( Also know that it has been about 5-6 months since the last time we've built one of these cabs.) finally he just yells to get the book( blueprints) and low and behold we had the wrong hinges. And he just goes off on me, calling me the dumbest person he's ever met, Pointing at the book and talking like I'm five years old, and such. He was just blowing the whole thing out of proportion. All while me and the two other guys managed to replace the two hinges in about 3 minutes. It was so bad that even the other two were taken back by it, telling him to chill out but he just shrugged them off. Eventually he stormed off to the stuffing area to pout, and the two guys told me not to worry about it, seeing that I've been there the longest. The problem with the other guy is when something happens, it doesn't matter how small. He makes sure everyone knows about it. Even when waiting in line for the clock, he was telling others about the infamous door hinge incident.
Again sorry just wanted to vent
Also don't know why it says 1:24am when I wrote this at 8:30 at night.
