The spiciness of the light version is reduced by 40% and it only has 375 calories. I added a slice of mozzarella cheese and an egg to make it less spicy. The heat is somehow tolerable, I'd say it's a bit spicier than the carbonara one.
I managed to finish the noodles without stopping for a glass of milk. I immediately ate matcha ice cream to wash down the spice. A couple of spoonfuls helped right away. I highly recommend Samyang light for those who can't bear the heat of the original.

I find it inappropriate and unnecessary when people ask "Are you a man?", or say "Be a man" or "man up" when men can't handle spice. It's a sexist attack.

I've never let that bother me. Other things have but this for whatever reason not in the slightest.
