Status Update On "The Ashes We Make"

Soo... Two fast updates and a promised third, and then silence. Yea, sorry folks, but about last Friday, I caught sick and I've only really gotten up to eat since then. Chapter three on "The Ashes We Make" could go out as it is right now, but I'm not happy with it, and I've decided to keep a hold of it and extend it a little, make it a little beefier, ya know? So, hopefully it'll come out this week, but it'll probably be more like late next week, as I've got to rebound for my ROTC PFA this Friday, and I have to make sure I didn't miss anything important in any of my other classes. Expect a delay, but everything should be back to normal by the end of the week.

Edit: Oh, Goody, I can edit these things! Anyways, I could use a pre-reader, or someone to bounce ideas off of (if that's not against any unspoken rules, I've got no idea, so sue me). Also, I've been experimenting a little, and chapter 3 will probably solidify the tone/plotline/whateverthehellitis for the rest of it, so it may come out longer or shorter than I plan right now.
