Will be lurking, and new art (not pony related).....

With the end of My Little Pony, I have shifted back to anime. Yes, I still read fanfics here every now and then. Yes, I might do the occasional art request or two, but mainly i'll just be here lurking, waiting for new stories from my fave authors, and just reading up on what's new every now and then.

As for new art, well I have shifted back to anime and landscapes using pencils. This is my take on Hachikuji Mayoi from the Monogatari series. Hachikuji has always been one of my favorite characters, and after re-watching the Shinobu Time arc, I was attacked by onion slicing, tear making ninjas. As I lay there with tears in my eyes, a vision came to me of how to draw her.

I always envisioned heaven as being able to explore everything in this universe without worry for food, age, weather and everything else. This girl has that chance and that’s what connected me to her character.
