I'm pretty certain xenomorphs are androgynous. Look at the behind the scenes photos of the drone from the 1979 film and the creatue appears to have mixed genetalia.

(Incidentally, the Changelings are based on the xenomorphs, albeit they have male and female.)
What I find more interesting is that now there are no legal barriers or imagineers in the way, and with Stitch's Great Escape closed for good, they may attempt to build Alien Encounter as they originally envisioned.
yup and i have a small hope that some one will sneak a xenomorph with a dress on in to the ride
