As the title suggests, I regret to inform my friends and followers here that my mom passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 65 due to stage 4 non-smoker lung cancer. Last month, I challenged myself to finish a plate of Samyang Carbo fire noodles without reaching for a glass of milk. The technique was the more I indulge in spicy food, the more I can bear the heat. And I finally did it! Samyang Carbo is the best fire noodles I've ever had. Now I can enjoy eating it for either lunch or dinner without having to worry about the spice level.

No. Only the original black one that I had eaten when I was a Lil laddy, i was curious about what it tastes like and in that time i thought i can handle it..... I couldn't taste a thing for hours but that burning spice in my poor taste buds. I do plan to hit it again since my brother in law gave me one when i was visiting my sis, and it was the same original Samyang and it's back for round two.

Well, I wish you luck in trying again. I know you can do it. Instead of water, I highly suggest that you drink milk. It helps ease the burning sensation. Capsicum is a fat from milk that can bind with capsaicin which is a fat-soluble chemical compound in chili peppers. Almond milk, soy milk, or rice milk is the best alternative if you happen to be lactose-intolerant.
