It's well known that the show has been a growing disaster for years. The fandom is much smaller than it used to be with far less engagement of all kinds, and Hasbro is unwilling to acknowledge that they royally screwed up with MLP. In all honesty I'm shocked I'm still here at all considering the last episode I watched was in season 5, but at the end of the day I just haven't found anything more substantial to take my time. That said, I've always been happier giving constructive criticism with real solutions which is why I haven't written something like this on my profile before now.

I'll admit I'm surprised I was able to muster any creativity regarding the show at this point considering the fic idea I was building died due to declining enthusiasm in MLP back in season 4, but I was able to bring solutions to all the problems together into a coherent outline for a new G6 that builds on everything that used to be great about G4 while correcting the structural issues with Faust's original work. If anyone cares to read what I came up with I decided to put it up in a forum post for better visibility, and on the off chance that anyone looking to salvage the IP after the failure of G5 reads this in the future I want to make it clear I'm publicly releasing it for use with no restrictions.
