My town is literally on the coast. Trees down everywhere, flooding in half the town, boats washing up onto peoples property, the works. We were one of the most damaged counties that the power companies had to deal with, and my power was one of the last ones to come back on.
Here's a picture of what used to be the town next to us that got wiped off the map. Used to be where all of the beach clubs used to be. And yes, that is the same building in both pics.
