Okay, there has been a distinct lack of writing over here, and I can't see that changing soon, due to a long overdue Hawaii trip that is now taking place. I'll try to do some writing while I'm there, but no promises.
Heck, I may actually not do that story, and just skip to a later one, and do the original camp story later, eh, who knows.
Anywho, as you are all aware, the 3rd season of my little pony: friendship is magic has finally started.
Watched it with my bro earlier today, and, well, it was not bad all told. Sure, the villian was flat and could have used some more screen time, and sure, there was some things that could have been made into a bigger deal than they were, totally true.
But think of it this way, Spike finally got to be the hero.

(also, somethin that I'm just gonna count as ship-tease between AJ and Rarity)
Spike got to be the hero, a minor reappearance of the party cannon, and Twilight using dark magics(which have to have some mention later on in the series)(dark may not be "evil," but you don't use dark stuff without some side-effects)
Yeah, some complaints, but I liked it overall.
