Hey, lost my account info for a bit. Now i know there busy but the mods and admins were no help getting back on my account, not even a "sorry we cant right now" would have been better then not saying anything at all like they did and had me scrambling for weeks thinking i lost everything. And guess what? You can only send a message for help if your logged in, making impossible to get help from anyone on here. I hope they get this sent to them, maybe they would fix some things, but the way i was treaded i doubt they will even bother reading this, again, nothing personal, but if you cant commit to helping your users then hire or find someone that can please. Id rather not have this happen to someone who has years of hard work put in there account and suddenly looses everything.
There's a link at the bottom of every page to join the site's discord which has an additional site help/support channel that all staff keep an eye on.

I had tried that unfortunately they couldnt do much to help me, what worries me is that for a bit i couldnt even find my profile after i made a new one. Not sure if some glitch caused the whole thing but i wanted the admins and such to know what happened so maybe they can keep what ever happened from doing so again to someone who really put effort into there stuff, the only things on here that were important for me was my fallowers, story, and all the other stories i have been fallowing (so many that i dont know half the names). Sorry my reply is so long winded, im typing this half asleep, my point is i just dont want it happening to someone else is all.
