EFNW 2019 Log

Today’s date was 18th May, 2019.
Friday (Yesterday):

I need to log this event in text so I can go back anytime I want.
I skipped classes on Friday (Yesterday), the description for CSE 163’s Friday’s lecture is TBD, I thought it is “TO Be Determined” but it’s not.

I took the bus and light rail. I read my math textbook on light rail, brief read, I just went through the definition of Omega Limit, the book is: <Evolutionary Games Population Dynamics by Karl Sigmund>.
After I arrived at the con and check in, I got my badge but the they are out of con book.

I met NostalgiaHurt, Who is a friend met through discord. Long story short, I met EndenDragon on discord server, who is a huge brony in UW, and he made a post to get more bronies in UW, and then nostalgia was the only one we got.... We know he is legit because of his profile pic. He is a chill guy, he got into the fandom through YouTube videos.

So we watched the opening ceremony, we attended “Meet with Nicole Dubuc”, a panel where the writers for the show episodes share their interesting stories about ponies and working with ponies and writing. By the way sandbar’s idea of replacing the tree of harmony with a new tree is a metaphor for hasbro getting rid of G4 and do G5.

We then met with Enden and attend the “Voicing Student Six” panel where the VA were doing a live reading of a IDW comics. Then we eat taco. Now that is something new, because I apparently don’t know about the size of the tacos and overloaded it, so I got an extra bowl of addin.

“Songs of MLP”. That one was fantastic! I saw Daniel Ingram! The hero! I love his music, especially some songs from Seasn 5 and season 3 and season 1, and season 6... Nah you got the idea.

Enden was working on his laptop and he goes to vender hall several times, then he got a huge rainbow plushie. He got the con badge by exchanging with someone else. His concise and precise summarization of today’s event is ”It’s boring and it’s just people talking and talking.” <- See? This is the summarization, much much shorter than my log. He was busy with games on Nintendo, which is something I have no idea bout.

Regardless of the technical issues, let’s continue. Since I can not beat enden’s short and precise summarization, I am going to do the complete opposite by including all details I remembered.

I wore my con T shirt from 2018 and I know nobody notices it because I also wore my gray hoodie, it’s like the clothe I wear for 2 months and never take it off cause it makes me feel fabulous.

I bought one of my favorite 11 by 17 print from NC mares, and he is a confirmed spider lover, I got him excited by asking about it. Here is the link of the print I bought.
