HAPPY EASTER!!!!!!!! · 3:57pm Apr 19th, 2019
Yes, like always, I celebrate Easter on the Good Friday. Like all other holidays, I go to my Nonna (that's how you properly spell that) and Nonno's (that's how you properly spell that) house in Bolton(Canada) with the rest of my family(from my Mom's side). And since my Nonna and Nonno are Catholic(me, my Mom, my Dad, and my brother are NOT Catholic) we celebrate on the Friday and eat fish(it's like a fishday), but, the fish I mostly eat there is shrimp, calamari(squid), and probably salmon(if they serve it). Obviously my Nonna cooks EVERYTHING we'll be eating. Yep, but you know that all Italians can cook up a storm!(but not me...I can't cook for the life of me). There'll be more than just fish since my Mom is Vegan(but can't have gluten or corn) and my Zia is Vegetarian. So ya, that'll be exciting, and we'll be bringing some delicious Apple Crumble Pie from Costco, so can't wait for the dessert. Won't go into too much detail, but all you guys need to know is that I'm excited, and I can't wait to eat!
Hopefully you guys have a great Easter as well!
And yay! No school for 4 days!(Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

I thought most people celebrated on the Good Friday...
But another main reason why we do it on the Friday instead of the Sunday is that my Dad has to work on Sunday's for his night shift, and so needs time to sleep. Plus, we stayed until 7:00 pm, and that's the time my Dad has to leave work on Sunday, so therefore, it's easier to do Easter on Good Friday.
