This is a Fan Made show called Transformers Prime Galvatron's Revenge!

And it looks so epic! It features Autobots Ratchet, Arcee, Bulkhead, Wheeljack, Bumblebee, Ultra Magnus, Knockout, Rodimus, Springer, and Smokescreen! With Decepticons Blast Off, Swindle, Vortex, Onslaught, and Brawl, also known as the Combaticons, who combine with each other to form Bruticus! And, the newly appointed Destructicons include Galvatron, Cyclonis, Slipstream, and Scourge. They only serve one true master, Unicron.
