Bioshock is definitely going to be a bit tricky to pull off and I'm talking the franchise in general. When the game was initially first released, it seemed pretty straight forward: A survivor of a plane crash happens to discover an underwater city and realizes it's been taken over by it's psychotic residents. But then you throw in all these twists and turns, alternate timelines later in the series, and even a location that takes place in the sky... There's a lot to take in. We absolutely have to use the Mane Six (And Spike) of course, but as far as guest stars are concerned that's going to be very tricky depending on the circumstance. Not to mention what's always bugged me is the 'choose your ending' scenario based on decision making, whereas for me I'm used to the 'straight forward' story telling technique because the path has already been preset. This just makes it very difficult to decide what's the 'canon' ending unless you follow the series VERY closely.

Plus it's one thing to note that this isn't a 'kids' game as there are a ton of adult content in this franchise in general, with moments the ponies undoubtedly won't get used to. But if somehow this can be pulled off, they can be in for the toughest adventure they've ever been on and maybe, JUST maybe, they might learn something from this experience. But given this is a 'pony' style series... If it were me, I'd prefer we'd stick with the good endings as much as possible (Especially with the first two games).

Fair point but then again resident evil is not really a kids game either but I get what you mean but still it would be interesting to get the main 6 out of there comfort zones so how you do BioShock then

Well first of all, it would make sense to start with the very first 'Bioshock' game. However they get into the realm of the games, it would additionally make sense to have the ponies be transported by the steps leading to the lighthouse. One of the ponies might see a commotion in the sky and realize there's a plan crashing into the sea and the only survivor is that lone man. They try to rescue him and he might not have any recollection as to how the accident happened (Even though most of us will know what happened later in the game) they explore the lighthouse, discover the bathysphere, which leads them into Rapture in general, and before they know it while the sight of an underwater city under the water may seem intriguing (Course, we must bear in mind this isn't the first underwater city they've seen) they realize something dark is happening when they discover these A.D.A.M. obsessed humans spreading chaos.

And we're not just talking about them having to deal with undead creatures or monsters, these are living human beings we are talking about. Humans who's minds have been warped and bodies destroyed due to the obsessive use of this drug that the city uncovered during it's hayday and some were even experimented on becoming these monstrous beings called 'Big Daddys'. It takes someone who has at the least seen a TON of playthroughs to know precisely what you'll be dealing with.

I feel like Jack should at least speak while silent protagonist work in video games they don't work we!l in can fimfiction

It would make sense, which is why it's going to be difficult because traditionally the protagonist of 'The Legend of Zelda' doesn't have speaking parts, only grunts and battle cries. As for this story in particular, it would be awkward for the ponies to explore a torn down underwater city with a silent protagonist. And 'technically' Jack 'did' speak during the opening cinematic before the start of the game so it wouldn't hurt to give him a bit of dialogue. If anything it gives him someone to talk to, since he mostly just listens to what everyone has to say while exploring rapture (Especially the guy who turns out to be... Well, that's a different story).

How do you think they think about the little sisters problem

Well, if it were me, I would prefer to 'save' the Little Sisters. Even though they were made to harvest the slugs from their stomachs to create 'A.D.A.M.' for everyone, some would still believe there still remains a trace of humanity. And according to one game where you get to play as Elizabeth during 'Burial at Sea', the moment she had this vision that the Little Sisters would be saved by a man who will come from the surface world (That being Jack) it makes me accept the 'Good Ending' in this game as being 'canon'. That in a game where the character is made to only do things because he was 'ordered' to do these things through the 'Would you kindly?' command saving the sisters in his own will would prove that he is still capable of making his own choices despite what biological programming has made him do.
