It continues! My friends, let’s get into our next letter:
B is for...Baobab Fruit!:
*Baobab pulp is rich in antioxidents, Vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and iron.
*Adding Baobab to the diet may be linked to weight loss by promoting feelings of fullness.
*Fresh or Powdered Baobab adds a tasty flavor to many dishes.
*The Baobab is ONLY found in Africa.
*It’s also classified as a superfruit.
*The baobab tree is also known as the “tree of life” in fact, the tree in wich Rafiki lives in “The Lion King” is a strong Baobab tree.
Whoa...I did not know that! Nice facts about the baobab fruits PH20. I'm gonna have to see how tasty powdered Baobab Fruits make dishes...if I'm able to go to Africa that is.
I had actually learned a bit about the Baobab forest form watching a Lion Documentary, saying how the Baobab Forest rich in plentiful bounties for both predators and prey, just to point out.
Oh, and uh in case you were wondering, the Baobab Forest can actually be fund in the Ruwaha Game Reserve/National Park of Africa...where lions rule!
