Finally a new source of energy is in development but an ancient race hidden on Earth attack the research center trying to destroy it, their plan is to let humanity destroy itself so they would be able to rule the planet, but before they can steal it, one of the scientists uses a never before tested invention, the window of time. the stones then get sent into the future, no one has an idea of when and the race of monsters go after them while others continue their vigil in present day Earth.
The son of the scientist quickly grab the belt that works with the window and goes after the monsters but there has been a problem, is millions of years in the future.
In Equestria, the six bearers of the Elements of Harmony find themselves against creatures that want their power.
Both human and ponies will form an alliance.
