So... yeah.
It's been a long time since I last updated any of my stories, and you deserve at least some sort of communication regarding that.
The truth is not really simple. A lot of things have happened to me since the beginning of this year. I've suffered a lot of real-life stresses, coupled with a break-up of a partner that took several months longer than it should have.
This person was my primary inspiration, my primary brainstorming partner and overall a lot of my love for the fandom and writing sort of faded with the relationship.
I'm not sure if I'll ever return to writing. I'd like to, I really do, I'm just so drained and so utterly emotionally exhausted... I'm not sure I'll ever have the drive to do so again. Heck - I can't even really say I'm still interested in MLP:FiM. I'm about 4 seasons behind on the show...
So... yeah.
This is cheers for now. Don't keep your hopes high. It was a blast while it lasted, but I need to take a long-term break. Maybe one day I'll return.

Well, thank you for keeping us in the loop about what is going on. Though it may be regrettable that you are taking a break, at least we know that you are still alive and sane. Do not feel like you're doing anything wrong by taking time for yourself. Your physical and mental health trump any fanfiction story. I hope that things go well for you, and that you will return to your stories one day.
