By far probably the most what the hey episode in the existence, probably episode 17 comes to the most second what the hey moment. I am pretty positive it was meant to trap Twilight and ruin her reputation. At first, I felt that all the sins that Flip and Flop did weren't really sins but who cares right? So the story starts off with Starswirl traveling his way into LasPegasi and then he starts off by trying to promote the Friendship University. Of course Principal Twilight gets to know about it as well and then she felt somewhat jealous and hurt because Starswirl never went into her school. Next thing that happens is that they publicly embarrass themselves in front of others. So then Rarity gets an idea that they should use disguise to sneak around the school. Planity went ahead and then inserted herself as a student in one of the classes. meanwhile, Snake went ahead into the private area and completely failed at the stealth game. Time skip several minutes later and it turns out that Flip and Flop are using profit from school to benefit themselves, and then let's not forget the complete confusion that they probably stole Twilight's book that may or may not have been public in the first place. So then Snake forces Flip and Flop to return all of their money to other ponies and then shut down the school.
I really liked the comeback of an Eyepatch Twilight, and I thought it was really awesome. The episode itself was very average at best.
