Hiiii... I'm sorry for going MIA · 6:12am Aug 4th, 2018
Hiiiii soo what's up?
First up: I owe you all a HUGE apology. I went totally MIA for over 6 months and you guys got nothing out of me regarding my poor little story. I have 2 reasons for that.
1. COLLEGE.
Those of you that have already gone through this probably understand how difficult it can get at times. If you are still innocent and think college is easier than the rest of school, wake up, it sadly isn't. It doesn't help my case that I'm studying a Chemistry related career. Chemistry-Biology-Pharmacy, that's the whole name (translated as it prob makes more sense in Spanish) and I get the workload of 2 careers in one, more or less.
I'm from Mexico and was on my 3rd semester when the earthquake from last September happened. Everything was alright on my end, the school didn't suffer big damage, and my family was alright. But we didn't go back to classes for almost a whole month. So everything planned in the semester went away and we had to re-arrange everything to see what would count for our grades. Every teacher took it calmly and came up with something, but we ended the semester alright.
Then, the next semester it seemed as if everyone was still on that mentality and began pacing things a little slower. We were happy, as it meant less HW and overlapped proyects for us students to worry about. Needless to say... Spring Break came and suddenly teachers realize we have a month or so before semester ends. The problem? Almost none had gave us more info on our final proyects, sooo you can imagine how all of them suddenly ganged on us and gave us tons of things to prepare. 3 exams, 1 proyect, and 2 important HW's to hand in during one day. The few free time I had was spent sleeping, trying to keep myself sane with my youtube playlist, and planning how to do the rest of things.
2. SUMMER
It finally was here and I was free!! Almost. I had to do an extra exam of Organic Chem 2 as I didn't get a high enough note in the semester (I was barely scraping the grade needed to pass ). Soo, there you have me, spending the first 2 weeks of my summer studying for my exam. It was worth in the end, I got out good enough to keep my faith in what I learned. Then, I began other small proyects I had neglected during college: learning how to play semi-decently Super Smash Bros, finish building my world on Minecraft, read 3 books I was dying to dive into, and do a couple gifts for friends.
The rest of my time was spent lazying, I'm not gonna lie, but writing little bits of the next 2 chapters. Then, I decided to get done with that and upload them both before the weeks ends! The 3rd chapter is currently being looked over by my editor/best friend and the 4th coming out of draft version and finally looking like a chapter.
I hope you don't hate me and are able to enjoy the new chapters. I PROMISE to try write little bits during the first part of this semester while things are calm to post a chapter around mid-October early-November.
Congrats on surviving!
Sounds like you've had it pretty tough, and that earthquake can't have helped either.
Hope you can enjoy the summer without any more problems!

Not much summer left then - sorry you've had it so bad.
