So i'm just going to go on about how my ratings work and what they mean the best example it how to understand them it to go to Spill.com and watch there reviews and the way they rate them.
for starters i don't look into grammar and spelling much unless it makes the story far to hard to understand. i manly look into how the story works, how the character play out and how does the writing flow, there are few other things but not much to really to talk about so with that onto the ratings
Ratings:
"Best Fic Ever!": this is the top rating for any fic where the story was mind blowing and pure awesome with a great plot, excellent work with the character and more to make a great story.
"Its The Perfect Fic": this is the rating that is second to best and the pretty standard rating for a really good story this rating is usually given to the same reason as the top rating but just doesn't have all the reasons so it would get this rating.
"Yay..." this rating it a minor rating for a story that good or okay but has a few problems which could involve how the character play out or if the story and plots twist were a bit weak so fully the story needs of a fixer to make it better but the story was still and ok read.
"It Needs To Be About 20%Cooler": this the main low rating that i only want to use but ive read some bad stories in my time, so this is giving to a story that really needs to back to the drawing bored or is only really only worth reading once and not fully bothering with again or could be made better if more work is put into it
"BUCK YOU": as it sound this is really a F**k YOU! rating that is given to story that need to just burn or go to hell and never be seen again were the story is so bad there is no way you can fic it and make it better and it a way you much be asking for it to want to get this rating.
so those are the rating i hope this will make sense for you all i may make avatars for each rating to make it more fun at some point and i may do my youtube reviews on fic again if the writers want me to but also note these are not just for mlp fanfic it can be for all types of fan writing, so i will see you around.
