Well, my first story has just received its 100th unique view! I'm very grateful to all my readers for taking the time to check out this little fanfic, and especially to those of you who are enjoying it enough to vote it up or add it to your favorites.
If you'd like to give me feedback, please feel free. I notice that the number of readers dropped off sharply after chapter 3, yet, to my surprise, noone to date has disliked it enough to downvote. Is that normal? Have I achieved some perfect balance of mediocrity where you don't want to read anymore, but not so much you'd throw the story roughly against the wall, were it in a book instead of on your computer? I'm really curious about this.
Whatever the case, the fifth chapter is nearly done; expect it out no later than tomorrow.
