No, I haven't spent the last two weeks on this alone. It's been just one of several things I'm working on. So there!
The new updated design is already up on the site and set as my avatar (maybe you've noticed it change gradually as I've made adjustments to see how I feel about its various forms?) but here's the full image, for those interested:
Aside from messing around with minor shading adjustments, I also thought he looked a little... young, so I popped the facial hair on. Which in addition to the slate-ish gray mane and tail, miiiiiight be a bit too far in the other direction. But that's fine! I'm okay with it and I think it's set to be the final incarnation of Requiem Horse (name still pending).
Meanwhile: writing. You know, the thing you follow someone on a fan fiction site for. Good news: working on that -- bad news: still hard, still not going anywhere near as smooth as I would like. I have the remainder of What Lies in my head and on paper (digital paper) in a bunch of different forms from a handful of scrapped versions, but it's been really hard to decide on which parts I like enough to keep in and which ideas deserve the permanent axe. I've also started a side project that doesn't include the crossover aspect, but instead it's a more traditional kind of tale you'd find on any fan fic site. Hopefully I can buff out the scratches on that one before it goes up.
Alright! Back to work (on college stuff, IRL stuff, and heck -- maybe even some more Pony Words stuff)!
