Alright I know we've all seen weird products that promote mlp. And we've seen other cultures promote the show and series in their own way. Most 1st world countries countries promote it like the US, most of Europe, Britain, and Russia. And then theres some 2nd world countries that promote it like China. However, I did NOT expect to see it promoted in Vietnam.
I am of Vietnamese descent and I live with my parents who are from Vietnam. They watch Vietnamese news and tv and such. One show which I believe is called "The Victoria Tuyen Show" did a segment on explaining the synopsis of The MLP Movie. And I just thought it was really weird hearing the voice actors' names in a thick viet accent. Even saying the pony names in a viet accent.
Just a random thought and moment that happened the other day. And before you ask if I can find the source of video of this, no I cannot find it. Mostly because I can't read 'now understand viet (prefer japanaese instead), and a lot of "The Victoria Tuyen Show" 's material isn't really recorded online.
