Posting Echoes has drawn some attention to Into Starlight and Bolts. That makes me want to put out a word about those two.
Yes, they are hiatus. I've done a lot of work developing them, but not a lot actually writing them. The same can be said of Echoes, but unlike the other two I only started working on Echoes recently and what I've learned while trying to work the other two has allowed me to make much stronger progress in much shorter time.
I will work on Into Starlight and Bolts. But Echoes comes first. This means that I might post chapters for Into Starlight and Bolts, but that won't officially be off hiatus.
And in case anyone was wondering, the Ruby Moon from Into Starlight is the original Ruby, and the Echoes version of her is the her that existed in Fallout: Equestria. Very different characters for obvious reasons, but same cutie mark, same special talent, and nearly the same childhood.
If the main OCs in Fallout: Equestria - Echoes were voiced, what would they sound like?

Ruby would sound like Rarity if she spent a decade in the army. Dust would sound like Braeburn but with a weaker accent. Cashew would sound like an older Applebloom but without any of the accent. Zujine would sound like Scootaloo, but with more venom.
Or are you looking for artistic descriptions? I keep my descriptions of some things light in the story because I feel like the dialogue itself should give a good 'voice' to the character after I give it a simple push with one or two descriptors. That's how it is when I read. If it isn't then that's my bad for not making the dialogue strong enough.
