Technically, you're right. "Puta" does translate as bitch (or whore, depending on the context). However, in this case, it's being used as "fuck". That's the closest you got.
I could try to translate full, but it would take broad explanations on why each word has multiple uses, even within this context. The abridged version would be "Fuck, this shit is so fucking lame. I don’t know why I fucking came here. I could be at home right now, playing LOL, screwing around in Minecraft or posting shit in Facebook".
