Well, it's offical, i have now been a member of the MLP Fandom for a year now · 3:35pm Nov 16th, 2017

I remember over a year ago, when i was feeling really down, i had just barely finished Secondary School with passing grades and i just felt burnt out after school and the thought of starting College didn't help. But i did it anyway because i don't have a job and education is still important.

I was feeling down to say the least, so i did what i usually do when i feel depressed and have free time, watching Youtube videos for hours upon ends.
And while watching some Mysterious Mr. Enter videos, i saw that a lot of his earlier work was MLP reviews, and one that caught my eye was his review of Pinkie Pride. I am a big fan of Weird Al Yankovic and i thought "Hey, i may not be interested in the pony's, but some Weird Al might cheer me up.

So i watched the episode, and, i really loved it.

I decided to watch the Series in chronological order and i found myself really enjoying it. (I was a bit put off by the quantity of episodes, 143 by the time i started watching)

I may not have contributed much to the fandom (apart from some Story reviews i comment and tweeting with other members), but i do have some story ideas of my own, just need the time to write them down

The only thing i feel sad about after joining this fandom, is that i feel a bit late.
A lot of prominent Brony's have moved on from the fandom or simply aren't as active as they once was, the attendance at cons are decreasing and the amount of content produced by the community isn't as much as it used to be.

Still that doesn't take away from the fact that i have genuinely felt better this last year, i still enjoy watching the show, and i constantly find new stories, art and music both new and old.

So thank you to everyone who has made this fandom (and this site in particular), such a great experience

I am not even joking when i say that i was a subscriber of Joshscorcher and i didn't even know he made pony videos (I mostly just watched his gaming videos from time to times). I actually found out when i was watching convention videos and i saw him in one.
