Okay... which of you play the game world of warships?

i am officially quitting the game for good..... why you ask? let me tell you....... i have been playing it for a while now... and a couple of months ago, for some reason, my account was reset so i only had the tiny starting ships, I thought "aw well, it will let me fix a few mistakes.....so i played on, got a ship of each type from each faction and got all of them up to tier 5... i played the game yesterday and i was only 100 points from being able to research the next tier British battleship, i log out and go to bed.... i start the game today... and what do i see.... all my germen ships, my russian ships, my British battleship.... and all the extra shipyard spots i have bought were GONE... and no only that, the tech tree said that i had never even researched them... I tried to file a ticket but the game fucking won't let me.... this went on for 5 hours, and now i have given up on it....
