DOUBLE CHAPTERS!!

Wow! I'm pretty sure I just churned out TWO WHOLE CHAPTERS today! I'm pretty happy about that!

Anyway, I thought I'd explain why I'm doing short chapters.

I have lots of ideas in my head, but I find it hard to get them out on paper, so if I do short chapters then I only need to get so much out at a time. I'm trying to make my minimum number of words per chapter 1,000 words, so hopefully we'll end up with lots of short well-written chapters, instead of a few terrible long dull chapters in which nothing happens. Also, it means I can get several done in the time it would take me to start thinking about that long and dull chapter. I means I can still keep writing, not get bored and do them a lot faster tan if I was trying to do at least 1 10,000 word chapter a week. I am going for at least 1 chapter a week, by the way.

Also, I thought to explain my vision for the story in a checklist.

Sunset leaves CHS, because of Anon-A-Miss, and finds Camp Half-Blood. Check
Sunset finds new friends and family. Check
Sunset is claimed as Hecate's child (Poseidon may also try to claim her) NOT DONE
Sunset goes on quests with new friends Percy and Annabeth NOT DONE
Percy goes missing (Start Heroes of Olympus Arc) NOT DONE
Heroes of Olympus Arc NOT DONE
Trials of Apollo Arc NOT DONE

Also, just because I said Heroes of Olympus and Trials of Apollo, doesn't necessarily mean Sunset will go on these quests. She may, or she may not.
