Sunlight Series Update! · 5:39am Oct 17th, 2017
Before anything, new stories will be out as of Saturday night ish, no guarantees though (I try).
OK, so I'm writing this on a tablet so forgive me if any of my crappy typing goes unnoticed. So, today I was looking through old stories and I obviously came across Sunlight in The Dark. I wrote that story in December 2015 I beileve (too lazy to check) and back then I wasn't as good a writer as I am today. Now, that doesn't mean I sucked, but I do see pretty obvious grammar and general storywriting flaws in the story. I want to fix that not only to make the story better and attract more attention to the series, but also because it bugs me.
I've had people ask to be editors and I'm fine with that, I've had plenty of amazing editors in the past that made my stories three times better than I previously worded them, so that's one option. If anybody is willing to edit for me that is reading this go ahead and PM me and we can talk.
Option two I was thinking of rewriting the story with my newfound writing skills, but the rules clearly state I can't do that and must edit the story instead. That's kind of lame but it did say it was okay if I changed the rating of the rewritten story, for instance a mature version. Meh. I didn't like that idea so I just said fix my own mistakes. That means pretty big changes to the story.
Opinions? Eight people who are reading this, should I reconstruct my old story, get an editor, or keep it the same? And what about my other stories? Feel free to comment on my stories tips and things I'm doing right and wrong in your perspective. After all, I'm definitely not one of the FiMFiction greats, but I am proud of my work.
Also, should I follow up my last sunlight story? Even I feel like the end was missing something. Even a simple epilogue might do.
P.S. This WHOLE thing was written on a cheap frickin tablet with the most glitch keyboard on Earth, and even if I fixed most my mistakes just know I was 100 percent rushed because of how ANNOYING THE KEYBOARD IS!!!

Edit: Yes I know I’m an editor myself, but like I’ve said many times I don’t like editing my own work, especially old novels. I like a sense of out-of-my-comfort-zone stories that I’m really good at editing, like some of you have seen.
