Despite his feelings for his second yet one true love, the best friend, princess and beloved wife all in one Twilights Sparkle, there were lots of other mares who became close friends with Peter. Despite his trademark dork/nerdy demeanour, it though never seemed to stop him from getting the hottest and the most beautiful mares in the Equestria, being highly influenced with young stallions honest and friendly demeanour, his sense for right and unable to resist his apparent natural charm as some of them even developed feelings for him on their own. 10) Derpy

A clumsy yet hapless pegasus with her trademark cross eyed expression firstly met with Peter while falling from up high when transporting the piano from a flying van, yet luckily Peter in his Spider-Mane attire managed to catch her before colliding with earth as the mare became immediately enamoured with masked stallion and eventually becoming his “number one fan” along with her daughter Dinky. It was showed during the dragons attack on Ponyville, Derpy acknowledged Peters heroic deed, evidently speaking for the entire village and even kissing him on his exposed cheek. Derpy was also present on Manehattan, encouraging the hero during his race with Spitfire. Peter deeply cares for Derpy as he even came to visit her and giving her flowers, cheering the pegasus up and telling her not worry about what anypony thought of her as he accepted Derpy her for who she was, being a very good and close friend to her.

9) Fluttershy

Fluttershy, a shy yet kind-hearted and gentle pegasus became attracted with Peter shortly during the Grand Galloping Gala, though being enamoured so much with young stallions natural charm, his dress, not to mention his athletic figure, nearly disabling all of her intelligence and unbeknown to her, the poor thing letting her wings to point up, flushing with images circling through her mind like a hurricane even during their trip to Manehattan. However when Peter accidently turned into Nightmare Moon/Nightmare Spider, Fluttershy unfortunately became fearing young stallion, avoiding and even shutting him out for a while, despite that the Nightmare was actually sealed away with his magic right back into Lunas body.

Yet, after the three months Flutterhsy realized how horrible she treated Peter and feeling remorseful, yet she managed to catch up and apologize herself and reconcile, just before young stallion left to Manehattan to catch Black Cat. The two loves to hang out a lot, especially going with Rarity into spas.

8) Zecora

Peter met and saved Zecora in the Everfree Forest while being attacked by Hydra and rhyming yet wise and deliberated zebra treated and took care of Peter while being poisoned by the Hydras venom. She was also the one who could feel a sadness that plagued young stallions heart and giving him advice to share his pain with his friends, otherwise his anxiety would eventually eat him up from the inside or worse. About their relationship, Peter see Zecora as a wise and deliberated individual, acting something like a mentor like figure to him, like Uncle Ben or Madam Web. Peter cares immensely for Zecora as he once cheered her and encouraged her up as the inhabitant of Ponyville thought lots of negative words about the zebra, telling her not letting the negatives get her down and that she should focusing on positives, being wise, experienced with herbs and folk medicine and making a delicious tea as well as flattering her to look like exotic. Despite it seems that Zecora might have feelings for young stallion, their relationship had never shown to exceed the boundaries of yet close friendship.

7) Applejack

Peter and Applejack seems to have arguably the closest relationship of all. When they first met before the race, Spitfire showed quite a friendly and honest demeanour towards masked stallion, feeling and believing that he had something special within himself. During their race, captain of Wonderbolts was even surprised if not amazed by Spider-Manes agility, speed, web swinging skill as well as his natural ability to feel and predict danger or threat before it happens, avoiding every obstacle in his way. However, when Spider-Mane unfortunately collided to the ground by stopping the falling zeppelin, breaking his hoof and accidently losing his mask and despite Princess Celestias and Lunas attempt to mask it with a holographic like projection, Spitfire was also the one who realized Spider-Manes secret identity as a Peter Pony Parker.

Fortunately, seeing a stallion as a really cool pony, she decided not to give out Peters secret and keeping it for herself for then. Spitfire then again contacted Peter after his coronation as a prince and Knight of Equestria, challenging him for a rematch in Ghastly Gorge when they had never had the chance to finish their race back in Manehattan. Yet, being impressed by stallions natural charm as well as his athletic figure, as sense of giddiness and a slight nervousness soon took its possession on Spitfire who had always had a soft spot for a nerdy ones. After the race and though Peter lost, he and Spitfire mutually acknowledged each others abilities, forming a bond between them, out of mutual respect and trust.

The relationship between Peter and fashionista seems rather normal. 4) Rainbow Dash

Aside from Applejack, Peter and Rainbow seems to share the closest bond of all other mares, with though some exceptions. At first, a tough tomboyish pegasus wasn’t pleased that Spider-Mane was becoming more and more popular then she was, angered Rainbow challenged Peter for a series of test to prove she was a better and superior hero, but luckily Peter managed to talk some sense into Rainbow Dash, explaining that being a hero is not about glory and fame and that “with great power comes a great responsibility”. From that while the two became quite close, though competing with each other at times, though mostly on Rainbows request and just for fun. Plus, Peter even gave Rainbow a fitting nickname “Skittles” after that candy back from Earth with “taste the rainbow” like slogan, fitting her perfectly. However, when Spitfire challenged Spider-Mane to race with her on Manehattan, Rainbow though grew inwardly quite jealous that captain of Wonderbolts choose right Peter over her.

Yet everything changed on Manehattan, when Rainbow wanted to test Peter if he could keep up with Spitfire, as masked stallion started making a series of warm up exercise and stretches as Rainbow was impressed with if not literally attracted by Parkers defined, chiselled physique, which though the admiration even deepened further as they both raced towards Manehattan Hotel, despite tomboyish pegasus great and dazzling speed, Peter managed to keep up with her surprisingly well. From that while on, their bond and friendship grew even stronger.

Spitfire even mentioned that Peter was as dense as a rock, probably not even realizing that Rainbow had a major crush on him, which was quite evident as she talked so much about him and as Peter unbeknown caused her to get flustered and blushing on more than one occasion. Despite that, they are still very close friends and compete with each other to strengthen their bond.

3) Trixie

The Great and Powerful Trixie, a self-proclaimed the greatest magician in the Equestria and conqueror of Ursa Minor accidently and fatefully met with Peter, well though literally steamrolling him while being desperately short for money, food and shelter. At first the magician wanted to raid Peter only for his Parker Luck realizing his Spider-Mane costume, finding out his identity. An opportunistic unicorn then blackmailed Peter and Twilight to give Trixie a shelter and food or else she would reveal Peters secret to the entire Ponyville, though being indifferent and not intenting to be friends with his involuntary hosts. However everything though changed when Trixie opened herself up to Parker about her past, as she was studying spells and magic, yet though also dealing with uncertainties as well as actually lying to everpony about personally taking down Ursa Minor in order to get glory and fame. And though it actually worked and actually having a success and fame as she desired, deep down though feeling uncertain and bad about being a liar. Peter, who had his very own experience dealing with uncertainties could only sympathize with the magician, yet eventually managing to talk some sense to Trixie, showing her that glory and fame is not everything, making her to let out her grudge and even giving her a warm hug. Trixie then apologized to Twilight and her friends and started showing more light-hearted and positive attitude, yet though accompanied with a rather sarcastic and dry sense of humour. When Peter was injured during the incident in Manehattan and being in coma for a week, Trixie was more than happy to see her friend alive and well with small tears forming in her eyes. She was also the one present When Peter returned back to Earth along with Twilight, Spike and Luna to fight and deal with Norman Osborn, Trixie was the most concerned and fearing the most for her best friends life and safety, yet being more than happy that Peter returned back into Equestria alive and well, hugging even kissed him on his cheek, showing how much and dearly she cares for him, despite her sarcastic remarks and insults as well as their occasional banter and teasing each other.

Peter cares immensely for Trixie and he would do anything to support or protect her, which was shown when Galcius attacked Ponyville and Peter immediately rushed out to save Trixie, despite Twilights protects. Unfortunately, Trixie was frozen by snow beasts freezing breath, yet Peter with an aid of Princess Celestia and Luna managed to beat the snowman and saving Trixie by rushing her into hospital where she recovered. Trixie is actually the part of Parker/Sparkle family, being an older sister figure to both Peter and Twilight as well as a surrogate aunt to Mayday. Despite both may have a mutual affection towards each other, as young stallion made the magician feel flustered and even blush with his natural charm on various occasions, their relationship is rather more sibling like, as Trixie acts something like an older sister figure to Peter, being her best friend, constantly looking for and watching over him

The daring and adventurous cat immediately became attracted with and showing a deep interest in the web slinger for the first time they met. They dated seriously for a long time, having fun with each other fighting bad guys, having quite a spontaneous and playful relationship.

However, they relationship though came to an bitter end, because Felicia merely loved Spiderman, NOT his alter ego Peter Parker, not being fully able to accept a mere ordinary civilian, and so they broke up. Despite that though, Felicia still seems to have an affection towards Peter himself and considering him a valuable ally nonetheless. After four years, Peter saved Felicia from King Sombras grasp as the cat burglar then added her hand to Spiderman and the gang in their final fight against Norman Osborn, before going with him into Equestria. There though she committed several crimes and robberies and Peter aka Spider-Mane had to capture Black Cat on Manehattan, only for Felicia to later redeemed herself and getting a second chance in life by working as Princess Celestias agent. Despite being married, Felicia still keeps flirting and playfully teasing Peter, much for Twilight annoyment and dismay, yet showing that she indeed cares for him.

·        Princess Cadance

Peter met the Ruler of the Crystal Empire, a Princess of Love and who by the way was also Twilights sister-in-law while recovering from his accident with the zeppelin on Manehattan back in Canterlot. Cadance consulted, explained and giving Peter some advice about his feelings and expressing his true love towards Twilight. The relationship between a Goddess of Love and Knight of Equestria seems quite normal, being actually related by Peter and Twilight marriage, being a brother and sister-in-law and therefore as a family.

Though when fighting King Sombra in his temple, Shinning Armor even mentioned that Cadance was actually flirting with Peter as her husband wasn’t evidently much impressed about it. Which might be the case, since Cadance, who also seemed to be attracted by young stallions charm, having no problem teasing him during their first meeting as well as encouraging him during Peter meeting Twilights parents and then also being the one making a ruby as Peters proposal to Twilights marriage.

·        Queen Chrysalis

During his accidental time traveling experience into alternate dystopian post-apocalyptic future, Peter, with the rest of his friends like Pinkamena, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Sweetie Belle faced Queen Chrysalis, a queen of Changelings, a race of savage creatures resembling a breed between ponies and insects, who also had the ability to fell and drain love from their victims. After Chrysalis defeat and returning back into an original timeline, Peter knew only one possibility to prevent the future. So, he found a way how to reverse Changelings natural feeding process, so they could feel and feed on emotions and love of other creatures yet without harming or killing them. Despite at first being indifferent, hostile towards and refusing to hear him out, yet Spider-Mane didn’t quit, enduring for quite some time before Chrysalis eventually accepted and hear the Knight of Equestria out, which eventually ended up by signing a peace treaty between Changelings and ponies as well as among other creatures in Equestria, as Changeling could feed on love without harming anyone.

However, as time passed and her often interaction with other ponies, Changeling Queen started showing a way more interest in Peter that later became attraction for her and occasionally flirting with him, being nearly on a pair with Felicia, though in a way more regulated way. Chrysalis also found herself to be fed so much love and affection that Peter gave to her, eventually causing her to be more fruitful, producing and laying more eggs than beyond Changelings standards. Which by that way actually could make Peter an legitimate father to all those eggs and future Changelings.

Eris, Discords female counterpart from a parallel Equestria. Even though reformed and working with Madame Web to help Spiderman and foil her male counterparts twisted plan after learning how he is taking it, though she may have had a hidden agenda of her own in store for the hero. Which actually showed to be nothing more than an affection and feelings on her own for Peter, yet also proving herself as a valuable friend and ally with a stallion. That was showed, when she saved Peter, Twilight, Trixie, Zecora, Sunset, Luna, Sonata and Felicia from Tirek, treating and boosting Peters healing factor to heal and also teleporting him into another alternate world where his Uncle Ben was alive, so Peter could finally apologize and telling a final words to his uncle, as well as Eris tried to keep their secret location from Discord, using her own reality warping abilities as well as aiding Peter and his friends enough time to escape back into Equestria before Discord could get them, proving that she was indeed looking after him.

Unfortunately, and just like Felicia, Eris also showed a more seductive side, teasing Peter by trying to disrobe herself to show off about her figure as well as making Peter to rub a sun lotion over her back to repay her favour. She even revealed that she actually wanted to take Discords place so she and Peter could be the best friends and playmates forever.

·        Sunset Shimmer

The relationship between Peter and Sunset Shimmer seems to be quite normal, both being good friends. Despite being enemies at first, with Sunset stealing Twilights crown, being mentally controlled by Norman Osborn as well as attempting to kill the heroes and causing Peters several injuries, young man though suggested that she would deserve second chance. Eventually regretting and feeling remorseful for her actions, Sunset joined Peter and the gang, though still feeling uncertain and somewhat sceptical about young mans trust and having a faith in a redheaded girl, for everything she did.

Sunset then though attempted to protect Peter against Venom, being glad and happy to see her friend alive and well when Princess Luna revived young man shortly after being killed by Venom as well as aiding Spiderman and the gang in their final showdown against Osborn. Sunset then also helped Peter to deal with and fight Nornman Osborn while terrorizing Fillydelphia, only ending up wounded by the maniac yet luckily Peter managed to save her.

However, though being only friends, the two may have an affection towards each other as back on Earth they had a pleasant moment on the roof of the skyscraper, showing a friendly comfort towards each other, with Sunset seeing Peter a good trustworthy friend.

However, of all girlfriends on this list, there is though one mare, who had developed feelings and falling in love with Peter from the mere beginning in the same time as Twilight did on the first place…..

1)     Princess Luna

Princess of the Moon, a younger sister of Princess Celestia, the Guardian of the Night and co-ruler of Equestria and spider powered wisecracking superhero outworlder from another world. The irony of the fate, really. Who would though that those two completely different individuals would be destined to become one of the closest and best of friends. How does it all began and actually happened?

Peter first met Luna on Grand Galloping Gala, having a short conversation, with Peter unfortunately with his sarcastic sense of humour, making quirky remark yet also being rather awkward when talking with girls, called Luna a Batman or in that case a “Batmare” by which Luna was quite upset that somepony actually compared her to such creature and the situation didn’t help that fact that Fluttershy appeared on the scene, being terrified of Guardian of Night and calling her “Nightmare Moon” by which Peter even bluntly commented as a “Corrupting darkness”,  confusing yet also upsetting Luna even further, not intenting to have something in common with that idiot.

When Discords dragon attacked the Ponyville for the second time, Spider-Mane fought the beast until Luna herself appeared where she unfortunately found out masked stallions secret identity as a Peter Parker. Though instead of aiding him a helping hoof, and due to her prideful nature, the princess of the moon refused Peters help, showing that she didn’t quite trust the outworlder and trying to discourage him. However, when Peter selflessly saved Lunas life several times during their fight, not to mention taking a blow for her, the princess immediately felt regretful for her actions and acknowledging Spider-Mane heroic efforts. Yet though, there were lots of questions on Lunas mind that she seeks to be answered and still not fully trusting the outsider from another world.

Luna then literally snatched Peter from the rooftops of Manehattan, teleporting him right to Canterlot where Luna demanded an explanation from the outworlder. While hearing out Peters sad and tragic story, Luna was finally prepared to speak with Peter not as a hardened princess, but as a friend. She then took the stallion into the gardens where Luna narrated her very own story about Nightmare Moon, as her own jealousy and bitterness towards her sister transformed her into an embodiment of evil as Princess Celestia then had no choice but using the power of Elements of Harmony, defeating and banishing Nightmare into moon for thousands of years. Peter however, instead of being afraid of Luna, sympathized with his very own and unfortunate experience with darkness, telling her about Venom, an alien symbiote that once latched on his body and tried to take a possession on his mind and heart, yet eventually managing to remove the parasite from his body. Luna, being deeply impressed by stallions story, yet also satisfied with the answers teleported Peter back into Manehattan and finally accepting him as a friend.

From that while, the bond really started growing. Luna inwardly cheered up to Spider-Mane in his race against Spitfire with a newly gained faith, then also pulling Peter out from the rubble when having an incident with the zeppelin as well as protecting injured Peter from Discord, daring the draconequus to ever thing about hurting her friend.

While witnessing and hearing about how well Peter fought against King Sombra and eventually defeating an evil king in combat on his own, Luna challenged Spider-Mane in combat to put his abilities in test. Yet unfortunately she underestimated his abilities not to mention his ability to sense the upcoming threat via his Spider Sense as masked stallion managed to knock the princess out hit just one KO hit.

She was then present with the others watching Peters memories, witnessing his Uncle Bens death as well as on her very own eyes seeing Venom an evil alien parasite that indeed tried to take over Peters minds and heart, turning him evil, which quite reminded Lunas own experience with Nightmare Moon, yet also being ashamed as Peter managed to fight off and ripping the symbiote off his body as well as later defeating Venom/Eddie Brock with the sonic vibrations of the towers bell, chastising and scolding herself how weak she was unable to resist the darkness in her heart compared to Peters own strong force of will, yet also feeling happy nonetheless. Knowing that there was actually some pony who could possibly understand and relate to Moon Goddess trepidation and trauma past experience with darkness, finally opening herself up and realizing that after countless eons she had finally found….a best friend. Also promising herself from that day to treat Peter as her very own equal, with their bond continuing to grow. While also witnessing Gwens death and Peter taking on Green Goblin, Luna was the second one after Twilight to give her full support to Peter, swearing to help and stand by his friends side when the day comes with the final showdown with Osborn fully possessing Discords reality warping abilities.

The relationship between Peter and Luna, what though started as a mutual respect slowly evolved into a friendship yet further deepening into affection, with Princess of the Moon expressing her true emotions and eventually falling in love with Peter, being only second after Twilight. Unfortunately, due to her prideful nature and rather cynical side, Luna quite didn’t know to open up with her feelings to young man. That was shown when Luna arrived an interdimensional distance between Equestria on Earth while sensing Peter being danger, wanting to be her friends side then, aiding Spiderman in the fight against mentally controlled demonic Sunset Shimmer and then carefully and devotedly treating and healing Peter wounds, (yet involuntarily and like against her will exploring some regions of young mans athletic frame).

However, knowing that Peter loved Twilight Sparkle, who was the one who felt in love with Peter before her as well as sensing life that was growing inside young woman, Luna soon found herself to be jealous for young princess luck, for having he “only gem” in the universe she desire, yet though finding her emotions in a conflict, yet also knowing that Twilight was also her dear friend. However, that jealousy reached its top when Venom symbiote took a possession on Luna in Oscorp, going into a rampage throughout the city, as symbiote controlled princess beat Sunset Shimmer, Black Cat, Wolverine, Spike and Peter, who however found himself way too reluctant to fight back while learning from Venom who rode Lunas mind that she loved him was killed in the process while trying to protect Twilight, who overwhelmed by grief, despair and anger of losing her lover regained her full alicorn magic abilities, enabling young princess to free Princess Luna from the symbiotes control and then destroying the parasite by literally disintegrating it to dust.

Very remorseful for her actions Luna apologized to Twilight and then performing the resurrection spell in order to bring Peter back from the dead, by giving up half of her essence to and reviving young man, saving his life, showing how much she truly loves him. Yet after that, overwhelmed by shame, remorse and despair, Luna felt into a stance of deep depression, cuting herself off from the group, wanting to disappear into nothingness and never return, a monster like that would deserve such a fate. But luckily Peter later comforted Luna, not feeling any grudge in the slightest, convincing her that it wasn’t her fault and explaining that despite his love to Twilight, Peter loved Luna as well as, seeing her as a close and best friend, showing how immensely he cares for her and how much she means to him, being actually the part of each other from then, with even developing a telepathic link, being able to hear each other emotions.

During the final showdown with Osborn however, when Peter unfortunately turned into a Nightmare Spider due to the essence Luna transpired into him, as well as Norman Osborn revealed that it was actually him who killed Gwen Stacy, therefore so Peter could take all the blame and guilt. Luckily, Luna managed to help and saving Peter once more from the corrupting darkness by voluntarily letting Nightmare Moon back into her body, with Peter sacrificing his magic to seal the demon within.

After a long adventure between two different worlds, filled with uncertainty, sadness, remorse yet also friendship, love and trust, Peter and Luna became best friends for life, becoming inseparable.

Despite both sharing a close bond and having an affection towards each other, with Peter occasionally accompanying Luna on her night duties, consulting matters in the Canterlot gardens at the fountain, Peter often teases, annoys and even involuntarily flatters Luna, by calling her funny nicknames, calling her shorty, Batmare or even “Moon Butt”, much for iron clad ladys exasperation, quite often inwardly wondering why did she had to fall for an idiot and even cursing that she just should send him into the moon and being done with that. Yet despite that, Luan actually cherishes and enjoys from the way how Peter always manages to get on her without trying, by actually strengthening their bond, showing how close they are each other.

Yet also despite Peter and Twilights marriage, Luna never though stop loving Peter afterwards, still having her feelings for him.
