Hey everyone, not going to lie, it's been a good while. I really feel like I just needed a bit of time to myself. It may sound weird, but always having people asking for a new chapter when you're just completely at a writing impasse really stressed me out. Writing was fun, because I did it for me, but it started to feel like I was writing for a quota.
Well anyways, a lot has changed these last years. I ended up graduating high school, and immediately got my EMT, before moving out to Southern California from Louisiana. I'm working with county EMS out in San Bernardino, little north of LA. Hell of a lot of stories about the 911 calls I've been on, but that's for another time. Right now I'm in the process of getting my paramedic license. On top of that, I ended up losing almost 90 pounds, and intend to go another 30 or so. I'm at a healthy weight now, but always keep trying to be your best, ya know? That's about it for right now. It's good to be back. I just couldn't leave these stories rattling around my brain anymore.
Glad to see you're back and doing well. Hope you can get your Paramedics License. I completely understand the need for a break from writing. We've all gone through those periods before.
