Transformers: The Last Knight ( MAJOR SPOILERS!) · 5:00pm Jun 22nd, 2017

So I got around to watching this at the cinema, and totally worth it. Here are my thoughts/facts/fav moments (Warning: major spoilers):

-Megatron's new design (yes, he returns- he's the Transformer's equivalent to the Joker, to the point that the trope can be called "Megatron's Revival Guarantee" if you want to be Capt. Obvious); Seriously, it reminds me a lot of Alarak (another favorite villain of mine, although he's more like an anti-hero) and for those of you that watched Transformers Prime, that design he has in this movie might remind you of Megatron's Prime incarnation. He also gets Frank Welker (for Starcraft fans, he's the guy that voices Zurvan from Heart of the Swarm's campaign, which is why Zurvan sounds alot like Megatron) back as his VA.

-Bumblebee going toe-to-toe with a brainwashed Optimus and fighthing him to a standstill and just as Optimus turns the tables and is about to kill Bumblebee, Bumblebee snaps him out of it. Yes, THAT Optimus Prime that killed a Fallen Prime, Megatron, his own mentor (admittedly w/ Megatron's help that time but w/e), and Lockdown. Bumblebee actually went mano-a-mano with him and for a while was not only holding his own but kicking his metal arse around. If you need anymore proof that Bumblebee is a badass, check that out.

-Bumblebee can now rebuild himself if he gets torn apart, and he gets his original voice back.

-Okay, so Hot Rod was on his way to the castle (with him forcibly transporting the lady with the King Arthur bloodline) but has a boring Citroen as an alt mode (don't hate me Citroen owners/fans, but that car in the movie while elegant was a bit off for Transformers). Then he gets passed by a Centenario (Spanish/Latin: Century/Centennial, meaning 100 years since an event, and the Lamborghini Centenario (LP770-4) is a limited-edition Aventador LP700-4, with a 770PS engine (hence the name), built to commemorate Ferrucio Lamborghini's 100th birthday) which he scans, and kaboom, he turns into a really cool Italian supercar.

-Winston Churchill's "finest hour speech" was paraphrased during the climax of the movie.

- No, Optimus, attacking your god with nothing but a sword isn't a very good idea.

-Optimus gets two pre-mortem one-liners during the final fight; one of them is "Say hello to my friend!" which is a shout-out to Scarface's 1983 remake.

-Hot Rod's weapon creates a localized temporal rift. Protoss Motherships anyone?

Well, so far that is all.

Glad I'm not the only one who liked that movie. Aside from action, the new transformers characters were nice, and the humor throughout the movie was side-splitting :rainbowlaugh: That butler transformer, what was he called? He was by far the funniest!

That's Cogman, the personal butler of the old British dude. Crosshairs found out the hard way why people don't mess with him; or at least, his fingers.

Hot Rod's transformation scene from an old Citroen to a Lamborghini Centenario was awesome though. I also liked Bumblebee mopping the floor with Optimus for a while when the two get to fight.

Oh yes, Cogman! I love him! "You're all now on my shit list" LOL!

When Bumblebee spoke with his actual voice to snap Optimus....that moment got me so hard :pinkiesad2:
