This blog post regards the latest Doctor Who episode, which aired yesterday in Australia and 8 days ago everywhere else. Contains major spoilers and fangirling, so go awey if u no want.
SPOILERS BELOW!!!
Okay, so here are my thoughts:
Yay Amy and Rory got to send their lives together in the past.
Yay this means we (hopefully) get Oswin Oswald soon. I'm wondering how they're going to introduce her. She may have died in Asylum of the Daleks, in which case it will be her past self, but I doubt it. Seriously, if you have any theories or spoilers about this, I'd love to hear them. Jenna Louise Coleman FTW!
Or maybe it's even Oswin's twin sister, Blinky! Hahahahaha..... no.
Yay, Moffat actually managed to scrape River Song from the bottom of the barrel and serve her with the fine cheeses again. I was really hoping this would happen, because her appearance in series 6 was pitiful, to say the least. Not Alex's performance, of course (brillo as usual), just the way Moffat wrote her.
Anyway, I'm hoping to see more of the BAMF Doctor's wife flirty River again, not Melody Pondyness, like, ew. Loved Melody Monroe though, that was tawesome. (Look at me, Mommy, I did a referance! Re: Referance, google "Flowers in a box Sherlock fanfiction", click on first link, read all of it, it's really good.)
Yay, Doctor's painting the fence montage in Power of Three. (Not really related to this episode, but god it was funny)

That made me laugh

All in all, the episode made me d'awwwwwwwwwwww and squeeeeeeeeeeeee and it was everything Doctor Who should be.
And no, I did not cry.
My brother did though.
And he's not even a Whovian.
