Yeah......the last season of Samurai Jack.....could have been better if it was longer than ten episodes. As it is I really wish they had just left it as that ending SUCKED. The ending of Samurai Jack is by far one of the worst endings I've EVER fucking seen. And Ashi should never have been in Season 5. Why? Well in a show that had a shit ton of plot threads to wrap up, they spent waay to much time on Ashi and yet, even then they didn't pull her contributions off with any actual success. Ashi is basically a crowbared in love story/deus ex machina to rush the ending.
Aku's death, which had very little dialogue from him, was shit. It's something weve literally seen done to him before, TWICE, only this time it's somehow fatal.
In all, too many elements were abandoned in favor of a rushed, deus ex machina ending with "tragic" twist that could be seen from miles out.
So in all told, Genndy. You fucked up. You got us all hyped and you fucked up. Hard. 13 years for this shit? You wasted our time and yours, you stupid hack.
