    Its been ages

I did not have anything on my mind for the new chapter that was just published. I'll be honest, its been years and I forgot about this place a lot. I've been busy with life and its many ways of screwing with me so writing was the last thing on my mind. Then when I actually found some time and was cleaning out a lot of files I found the unfinished chapter and decided to work on it for whatever

    Where have I been?

I'm still here. You'll see me on now and then or practically everyday and the reason for that is the fact I have my page up in the browser at pretty much any given time. I'm still writing here and there when I have time or can't sleep but, I still have school as well so the scheduling is hectic at most.

    Life so far and Scheduling

So I've not been updating as much as readers would like and I base this off of my feelings as a reader. I'm an avid reader and just a fledgling of a writer so I can say with confidence that when a story I'm currently reading takes quite a while to update, I start having mixed feelings about it. I understand that people have their circumstances and there is nothing they can do at times but it

So many stories. So little time.

I'm finding myself with very little time to write due to things such as classes and life. So I need to put my focus on one story at a time. Which brings me to the point. I want your opinions on which story should be my focus until I find the time to work on the rest. For those that are curious, Dimming Flame is one I'll work on in between the one that'll be the focus since that one is going to

    Paradox Ending

Paradox Scholar is the very first story I really worked hard on and helped me improve my writing bit by bit. The ending to the story was left in a very ambiguous way due to my thoughts on the future of the story itself. The thought came to me as I looked at the statistics of the story. Not a lot of people actually read it and I get that it was because of it having a lot of editing errors. I'm

So I've not been updating as much as readers would like and I base this off of my feelings as a reader. I'm an avid reader and just a fledgling of a writer so I can say with confidence that when a story I'm currently reading takes quite a while to update, I start having mixed feelings about it. I understand that people have their circumstances and there is nothing they can do at times but it doesn't make my need to read the story any less massive.

With that said, being on the other side of things is incredibly humbling. I get it now that even if the author wants to write they have to make choices concerning more important things in their life. I've got school and have some days off and I'm usually way too tired to try and do anything other than practice what I learned due to the sheer amount I need to remember. The silver lining in all of that is that I'll be done (if everything goes well) at the beginning of December. During that time I'll be busy with studying and practice for my state board exam and once that's out of the way I'll have way more time to do the things I want to do. Sure, I'll be looking for a job then but that doesn't mean I won't write.

The latest chapter of Dimming Flame is an example of me having the will to continue to write and finish stories. I have been trying to finish that chapter since the previous chapter was up. I regret not making it longer but, with the way I do things, it makes it hard for me to just put things out that are decently sized. I have the bad habit of editing while I write which makes it hard for me to continue past a paragraph. Not to mention that I can't seem to find the words that'll go next because of writing on the fly instead of making notes like other authors do for their stories. I apologize for the lack of words in my word count and the delays in updates that has been frequent recently to all of my readers.

In two weeks or so I'll have more time to play with as only the first couple of weeks are the most hectic for my class. I'm still trying to keep these to at least once a month with a decent length but I ask for your understanding if it is later than that or shorter than expected.

As always, thank you for taking the time to read my stories and blogs. Please leave a comment if you so desire with a question or concern and I'll be sure to respond as quickly as I can. Have a wonderful day.
