So. Who likes Noir media?
I'll confess it's not my very favorite, but I do find it compelling. And I do enjoy interesting roleplaying games. To wit
A small, independent RPG dedicated to Noir. It looks pretty cool, and he's doing a lot of neat extra setting things. Noir in space. Noir Cthulhu. A blatant Who Framed Roger Rabbit expy. All kinds of shit.
It's not just set in your Grandparents' times is what I'm saying. Check it out.
Especially 'cuz if he gets another $1500-ish dollars all the books are gonna be hardcover books, and people who pledged for hardcover books get a fancy cover.
Noir is fantastic when done well, but it is one of the easier genre's to screw up.
For one thing, NOT having Humphrey Bogart involved in some way automatically deducts points.
