Here is the story of how I became a Brony...
It begins over a decade ago when I became an anime fan after watching Neon Genesis Evangelion. For a good decade I was a huge anime fan.
In 2011, I met someone who was anime fan though she later became a brony herself. It was Season 1 and she was the first one who introduced me to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
It was around 2013 my family switched from Xfinity to Verizon (against my wishes) but, we now got Hub so I watched Friendship is Magic. Unfortunately, the first episode I watched was "Owl's Well That Ends Well" and that did not leave a good impression. I watched "Party of One" which is good. We later switched back to Xfinity and got Hub.
In Spring 2015, I simply stopped watching anime having grown board of it and I am still not an anime fan. However, this did leave a void that I need to find a way to fill.
Luckily, I was on YouTube and happened to find a video by The Mysterious Mr Enter which led me to reintroduce myself to this show. I began watching MLP in June 2015 and quickly became a Brony. Now, here I am.
