I'm always willing to provide proofreading/feedback, as long as the story is one I would read anyway. As for editing, I am no English major so I may not be one to catch every gramatical or structural mistake, but I tend to see typos and common mistakes easily.

I do have some genre bias though, so I couldn't guarantee universal availability. But Diplomacy is one I'd definitely be willing for.
