Chapter 3 update

So, I feel you guys deserve some kind of update on what's happening with my story. Long story short, I got writers block. And it's not just with this story either. My other story is getting to the point where I finally have some other material to go on, but I need to work to build up to it. It's kind of the same problem here. I have an explanation for actions taken in previous chapters, but I don't really know how to implement them in a way that doesn't scream 'I literally pulled this excuse out of my ass'. So how am I fixing it? Mainly by alternating between writing this story and a different one I'm writing for S&G. I'm not giving up on this story, nor my Naruto story, but I feel like the only way I can make my best work out of these is by letting them sit a while and writing when I feel the scene hits me.
