Considering a lot of the crap people post online, I think it's safe to say that I'm friends with the extremes of both sides of the political spectrum. Now I won't bore you with the crap on politics and why one side is right and the other is full of idiots, but I will say it's pretty much all that Social Media has become.
Having an intelligent conversation on the internet is so impossible because nobody wants to accept that they are wrong, regardless of the evidence to prove it. This can be said for both sides, as both conservatives and liberals have their extremists that refuse to listen to reason and will shut down anyone that tries to argue with them. But there are those select few where you can talk to them in public about this stuff and debate like civilized adults while everyone else is destroying everything because they didn't get their way. Something like this on the internet is so impossible because if you get angry, regardless of what made you angry, you will always be the bad guy no matter what.
This is especially bad with SJW's and Feminists because a lot of the time, they have no clue what the hell they're talking about and are only supporting the causes they do for attention. These are people that are only thinking with their feelings rather than trying to support their positions with actual facts and evidence; and if you disagree, you're obviously the bad guy, especially if you're white, male, Christian, or all of the above.
This is how you know I've been spending too much time on the internet...
