"I'm not dead yet!"

Gotta love Monty Python.

Anyways, yeah, I'm not dead. Just almost wish I was sometimes, you know? The time leading up to the holidays was a complete mess for me as I basically bit off more than I could chew. I'm not exactly doing great just yet, either, but I've got a bit more time now and I'm trying to focus some of it back into my story. Honestly, I've kinda stalled out there, but I'm making a push to at least get the next chapter finished up. In the mean time, I've been over all of my previous chapters and made some minor tweaks, mostly spelling and grammar issues. So I'm going to re-post each chapter with the corrections, kind of just to prove that I'm still doing something on here besides lurking.

Finally, just want to say that it's been .... interesting, seeing the kinds of "bookshelf" names that people put my story into. Still, thanks to everyone who's shown some interest in getting me to continue this story. I promise, I'll keep working on it.
