Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Review · 4:44pm Dec 28th, 2016
Okay, so this was a little late. And I was tired yesterday, so I couldn't get this out. This along with a trip to Spencer's Gifts was an interesting night. Unfortunately there wasn't anything that I wanted to get while I was at Spencer's though. But the adults section was interesting.... I'm not weird. Do I have shame? Yes. A lot. Shut up.
And now with my review of Star Wars: Rogue One. A sort of, not really spoiler free review
So the story basically... honestly, I'm getting straight to the point. It shows the events that follows of what happened before Episode IV A New Hope. So basically we see what happened prior to that film.
Now onto what I think of it? Its... its okay.
Honestly, I don't have a whole lot of thought towards it. It was just sort of... meh in my opinion. If you like it, good for you, I won't judge you I will admit there are some good things.
The new characters are pretty interesting and enjoyable. The one I was most invested in was the blind guy, he was pretty cool. He was able to defend himself pretty well and I kind of wish we got to know more about him since there seemed to be a lot of character with this guy. I will admit, the climax is pretty enjoyable. I loved that battle, it was pretty fun.
And the appearance of Darth Vader was quite nice, I loved that. And I loved seeing him kick some more butt on screen... for a few moments. It was still worth it.
Sorry this review is pretty short and cheap, but honestly I don't have a lot to say about it. Hopefully I'll have more to say in some other reviews. But for a spin off film, its pretty okay.
I give this film, a 7 out of 10. Its okay.
If you want to go see it, I suggest you do. Enjoy it before all of the spoilers get out!
The blind guy was defiantly amazing
Aww, I saw Rogue One a week or so ago. Dude, I didn't expect EVERY MAIN CHARACTER TO DIE.
But yeah, about a 7/10. Blind dude was pretty cool, and so was the Robot (though he was a little bit of a funny robot stereotype).
Darth Vader's scenes were pretty sick, too.
Oh, and R.I.P. Carrie Fisher. She'll be missed.
The adult section of Spencer's, eh? I've been in that mythical land before...! Quite a fascinating journey, I must say!
Raunchy-ass place.
