Okay, so after my last prank wasn't so well-received (even though it was literally a last-second decision), I made the executive decision to actually decide to write individual special April Fools chapters for each story.
Well, I'm following through on that, starting now. Basically, two out of four stories are on semi-hiatus until their April Fools chapters are written and finished, with the third story actually seeing an April Fools update that's already finished. And of course, my already-complete/being rewritten/canceled stories being left out.
Now, I'm not going to be telling you exactly what these April Fools chapters will entail, but I will be giving you guys a nice little teaser of what you can expect to see.
Even In Other Worlds - Some kind of crossover with an ancient Sumerian epic of some kind.
Starbound - Looking for Equus in Alderaan places (it was too easy and tempting not to do!).
Twilight Sparkle Versus the Forces of Darkness - Nicholas Cage (This one's already complete!)
Like I said, I'm already in the process of writing two of these (and have finished TSVTFOD's chapter), and I doubt they will take long. Frankly, I don't think they're even going to make typical chapter length for Worlds, since that would require ~10k words of effort for a joke chapter, but who knows? I might get so involved in it, I'll go all the way to 20k or something.
Anyway, just letting you guys know about that so I can have a good 3.5-month head start here.
