Inspirational Thoughts of the week #12 · 12:04am Dec 3rd, 2016
Hello People of Earth or Ponies of Equestria! It is once again that time of week for a little inspiration. Now because I'm tired today, I have no Guest OC commentator this week. (I know, ) Anyways, on with the topic!...*searches through various papers on desk*....Aha! Found it!
Those of us in Northern regions are now dreadfully experiencing the side effect of late Autum/early Winter. Personally, I like it! Mostly for the excuse to stay in bed and cuddle up with a beloved (or in my case, a michevious cat) and watch movies. Cold can be a problem but, it can also be a blessing! While I like to cook, there are some dishes that simply are better saved for the cold like: Soup, Grilled Cheese, Roast and veggies, ect... That's all I can say about the Cold weather.
Question Time!: What comes to mind when you think of Cold?

Personally, I find my showers much more relaxing in the winter months. I also like winter's stillness. Nights also seem brighter during winter.
Now that you mention it, that's a good point! I'm also a bit more attracted to tea and granola this time of year.
As for my reaction to cold, the word itself, I'm first reminded of a free verse poem I once wrote, called "Coldness," which I titled explicitly to distinguish it from "Cold," the adjective; although "Cold" can be a noun, there is no ambiguity with "Coldness."
Don't mind me; my associations are rather strange.
