Still another Fallout Equestria Parody Update · 3:04pm Oct 22nd, 2016
Well, another weekend is here. I'm almost done.... with the prologue!! To think that the prologue is just over two hours of reading alone is insane. I thought about splitting up some of the parts but then it wouldn't make sense or flow right. The good news is that I finally got to the part that ends up 200 years in the future (the 'post fallout' part). I swear, I may have chapters as long as Somber's Project Horizons here. At last count, I think I'm around 14,000 words or more just to get things started.
But I will say this. As I'm writing, I can foresee a lot of drama and sadness early. In fact, with just the one thing I did in the intro, a lot of people may get very pissed off. But remember this is Fallout Equestria, a story that's grimdark and sad to begin with. What I want to try is add my own little ideas to the great world that's already been established. But this intro that I'm working on will focus on some of the things that happened BEFORE the events of Season 1 began. I got the ideas during my reading of FoE:PH and keeping an eye on one particular pony of the Mane Six throughout the seasons. To me it all began to make sense. And conveying this theory may be difficult but I hope it gets through to all.
Other than that, I've been working quite a bit and it has slowed my writing down a little. But I should have the prologue completely done and checked and edited (by myself) before net weekend (Oct 29 is my deadline). Spread the word. I'm doing my best to get this thing out of you guys as quickly as possible.
