How I Dreamed Too Big; Cancellation of Agent of Entropy, and Plans for the Future.

So, I had some great ideas for a fanfic. Grand plans, and so on. So I sat down, wrote the first few chapters, and posted it. It took a little over two days for it to get approved, and then there it was. I got a few comments, a decent number of views, and so on. Seven whole people liked it! Exciting.

And then I realized that I didn't want to keep it going. I just couldn't bring myself to finish the next chapter. One day it was apathy, the next I didn't think my writing could do my ideas justice. Finally I realized that I just don't want to do it.

So that's it. And while Agent of Entropy is done, but I'm not. See, I'll be the first to admit, I'm not an amazing writer. Yet. I'm learning my limits, and at the moment, that limit is dedication. I'm super into it when I'm writing, but after that, I'm done. I've recognized that.

So for a while I'll play in those bounds, and write short. No more canceled stories, no more 'incomplete' stories, just finished ones. I'll keep it short and sweet, and once I've finished one, I'll move on to the next. See, I want to write some great stuff, big stuff, but until I work out the kinks in my own writing, I can't do that. And one of the best ways to get better is to practice.

So for those few of you who were invested in Agent of Entropy, waiting for an update, I'm sorry. I promise that eventually I'll write something far better. Until then, I'm formatting my future stories specifically to avoid this kind of disappointment.
