Ideas. ideas. help with my cause.

Hello to anypony that may read this. I was looking for some help in getting my poem published...or uploaded...or something. I used the tools on this website, but fail to see how to post the actual story once all the tags, cover image, and descriptions are done. Any ideas? also how do I get hold of the moderators to see about putting up a seperate forum for poetic work that is less than 1000 words. i really would like to share this with all of you and have no idea how to do it. Please let me know.
